Terry Phillips FCCA

Terry was born in Liverpool and has lived in Bromborough for over 30 years. He studied Economics at the University of Sheffield and passed the professional examinations of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 1974. He was admitted as an Associate Member in 1975 and was subsequently admitted as a Fellow of the Association 5 years later. Soon after qualifying he moved into the Accountancy profession by joining a large firm of Accountants at their Liverpool office. Following a period of time he was appointed Audit Manager. Terry later joined a firm of accountants based on the Wirral and worked there for 30 years.

Mark Phillips BSc

Mark was born on the Wirral and has lived there all of his life, except for when he attended Lancaster University from which he graduated in 2002 with an Honours Degree in Mathematics with Statistics. Mark is currently studying towards the ACCA qualification. Mark is responsible for the I.T. and business development within the firm.

Lynda Jones MAAT

Lynda was born in Shrewsbury, Shropshire and qualified as an accounting Technician in 2003. Lynda has many years experience working within the building and construction accounting industry. Lynda is currently studying towards the ACCA qualification.
